SCOTLAND · ARDOCH ESTATE
The loch. The hills.
Your place to pause.
A peaceful, exclusive-use estate on the southeastern shores of Loch Lomond, surrounded by rolling farmland, woodland and expansive views.
AN ESTATE WITH A PURPOSE
A beautiful place.
A meaningful story.
Imagine waking to soft light over Loch Lomond, stepping into fresh Scottish air, and having nowhere you need to rush off to.
Ardoch offers 133 acres of countryside to wander, including woodland, rolling farmland and a private lochan. Its 12 en-suite bedrooms look out over the loch or surrounding hills and mountains.
Move between guided practices and open space, shared experiences and quiet moments.
There is no need to fill every hour.
Ardoch’s history is rooted in generosity. Philanthropist Peter Armitage developed the former farmhouse, cottages and barn into an event venue with a charitable purpose, later gifting the estate to Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS).
Today, events hosted at Ardoch help support CHAS and its work with children and families across Scotland. Our retreat will be part of that story.

GO A LITTLE FURTHER
Let curiosity
lead the way.
Explore Loch Lomond, The Trossachs and the Highlands at your own pace.
Local walks, loch views and nearby villages offer many ways to experience Scotland. Longer excursions are optional, may cost extra, and depend on final arrangements. Some of the most memorable moments may be the simplest: summer air, learning simple nervous system practices, or a meal shared with new friends.
